What kind of massage do you Do ?
We will customize your session based on your needs and my expertise. Using techniques like energy work and massage, we aim to address emotional stress and relieve bodily tension and pain. This includes releasing trapped emotions, unblocking energy chakras, improving mobility from previous injuries, promoting relaxation, and alleviating unexplained discomfort.
What's Releasing Trapped Emotion ?
Often, we carry emotions in our bodies without even realizing it. These emotions can come from our past or be used as a way to protect ourselves. They prevent us from reaching our full potential and hinder our personal growth. However, by releasing these emotions, we can relieve chronic or confusing pain and create space for achieving our true aspirations.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese practice that involves directing universal life force energy to promote relaxation, health, and well-being. Can be received remotely. Clearing any stuck or stagnant energy, giving room to manifest abundant and health. Gets you out of ruts and into action again. Often mixed into massage sessions.
Do you do online sessions?
Absolutely, we do! All our services are available for access on the internet. You have the convenience of connecting with us easily from the coziness of your own residence via a secure video conference for your healing session. The only service that necessitates your physical presence is hands-on massage.
Are you covered by insurance?
Yes! Most extended healthcare insurance packages cover my sessions as a Registered Massage Therapist. However, I do not provide direct billing services. Instead, you will need to pay me directly after each massage and I will provide you with an electronic receipt that can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement. It's important to remember that you are responsible for obtaining the specific details of your insurance plan.
Do you have any availabilities ?

Feel free to choose a time slot that suits you best. To ensure that I can fully cater to your needs, I will reach out to you for an introductory phone conversation.
Do you have a waiting list?
Certainly! In case you are unable to find a suitable spot, you have the option to include yourself in the waiting list by providing your availability directly through the booking site.
How soon ca you see me? It's an emergency !
I am ready to assist you! In the event that I do not have any available appointments in the near future or if it is an urgent situation, I can provide you with an Emergency appointment outside of my regular working hours. Kindly send me a text message at 514-916-0354, explaining your emergency, and I will make every effort to accommodate you, albeit at a 50% higher fee.
What payments do you accept?
Cash, e-transfer or credit card.
When should I arrive to my appointment?
For your initial appointment, kindly ensure to arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. In the event that I am attending to another client, a sign will be displayed on the window to inform you of a brief wait. If you have visited before, arriving 5 minutes early is always appreciated.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes! No expiry.
Insurance receipts will not be provided for gift certificate purchases or redemptions. That would be insurance fraud.
